Fluid Fitness

We believe indoor rowing provides a fluid motion that relaxes and challenges. It also provides an ideal array of options to stay active even when life might have other ideas! An undeniable asset if you agree that a fluid approach to fitness is key to staying active for life.

The best part? Anyone can join in!

Our job is to find what approach to rowing best suits you. The right approach will keep it fun, and if it’s fun you’ll carry on and enjoy all the long-term health benefits! We also equip you with the knowledge of how to adapt your workouts should you need a different approach in years to come. We aim to do this in a fun and accessible way that can also enable you to transition to on-water rowing if you choose.

“Whether it’s to learn to row, beat a personal best or just keep moving…I will listen to you, believe in you and coach you to harness that ‘can do’ attitude, maximise your fitness and feel great.”
